This company are scam artist. All my furniture in my climate control unit has mold on it and our furniture was damaged. We lost thousands of dollars worth of furniture. Our outside unit was infested with rats and we lost everything in that unit. ANd they did pay some for thst unit we were told to wash the rat pee and poop off our plates and continue to use them. This place needs to be sut down

These guys are weasels. The are obviously in the business to except premiums and not pay out. I filed a claim thru them after a Direct TV installer damaged my pool heater when they were working on the dish on the roof DIRECTLY ABOVE THE POOL HEATER. I showed the installer the location and after he left (without letting me know) I saw the damage a few minutes later and I called Direct TV who directed my to this weasel insurance company. They are rude, slow, and have no reasonable excuse not to pay other than basically call me a liar. I AM NOT LETTING THEM OFF THE HOOK AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!?

This place is awful. The claims adjuster refused to send my check with a tracking number so that I could track it, which you'd think would be standard protocol when sending a check for a large amount of money. It had been 3 weeks and still has not come. The claims adjuster Madison McCullough, who gives a completely different last name and email on her voice-mail recording, has not called me back or responded to any emails for a week. Now my emails to her are coming back undeliverable and every phone number for ESIS that I call can give me any resolution. They don't even recognize my claim number.

Horrible company! Completely mess with your life financially! Never get checks on time. I have gone a month at times without a check causing me to pay overdraft fees in my checking. I'll call my lawyer and all of a sudden my check comes. Place is ridiculous

if i could leave 0 stars i would. none of the employees know how to communicate or do their job. i have been leaving messages for 4 weeks about picking up a total loss. with no return call. And God forbid you have to work with a gentleman named Ryan who will tell you one thing then leave the car abandoned in the back of an establishment. worst company ever.
