Erin and her team have been providing me with insurance for over three years now and I couldn't be happier. Excellent service everytime. Shelby is great to work with and always responsive.

Only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is due to my most recent experience. April and Erin are both amazing agents to talk to. They would get 5 stars every time! Do not talk to Shelby if you can help it. Unless you know everything there is to know about insurance or if you call just to verify something, she will make you feel belittled or acts like you have inconvenienced her day. It's not the message but the delivery that is so unsettling. She may do 100 calls a day, but, I don't make 100 policy changes a day and just like to be sure and stay informed. When you are happy about buying a new vehicle, Shelby will kill that happiness in an instant. So definitely ask for April or Erin. But after 2 interactions with Shelby, I have thought about going to another office. Only time will tell.

Shelby was amazing! She was super helpful and responsive. It's always nice knowing that someone kind and understanding is there to help you every step of the way. If you need someone you can trust, definitely call and ask for Shelby!

Working with State Farm - specifically Shelby is always fantastic! When I was shopping for new insurance several years ago and Shelby asked me to give her a chance without hesitation I said yes as we had a connection outside of insurance. Even without that connection, she goes above and beyond, always treats my family with the utmost respect and kindness. She is always ready to answer my insurance questions whether it be something I feel is an inconvenience to her or something extremely important she is efficient and gets me an answer almost instantly if she doesn't already have it. Plus she always is looking for ways to save me money rather then cost me money and try and cost me more ❤️ that in itself is a true human!
