I'm a State Farm customer and had comprehensive claim way out in the mountains of Colorado. With limited internet access Erin and her team (Hunter and Sarah) went the extra mile calling the claims department and double checking on a few issues for me. They really went the extra mile! Every time I called the office I was able to speak with a human. Every question that I had that they didn't know they called the right department. I even had some issues getting phone calls out here so they facilitated the three way call that we needed have to resolve the situation. 10/10!
