This place turned into a joke real quick. In 2018, we went through Jenn Moore to obtain insurance for our 3rd party crating company we created. We are the go-to company by the largest moving worldwide company in the area that they are suppose to insure. No trouble until a few months before renewal, I've tried to contact the office because the insurance company directly was showing to be a completely different business as well. I received no response until I basically begged to speak with someone else for any type of assistance as we went months with no response. Finally almost 3 months later, I seem to finally be important enough to return my call, only to be told they cannot help us because I'm the first company of our kind shes worked with... well duh, we cover all of the third party wor
