Erica and her staff especially Christina are extremely knowledgeable courteous and helpful with any of their products. Auto and renters are a must in this day and age and these are the people you want to deal with. Give them a call if you want to speak to a friendly voice of a local agent instead of some foreign answering service. Very professional office and staff. Hope to keep doing business with them for years to come.

Agent Adrienne listened very closely to my concerns and gave me several options. She is excellent at helping policy holders with their needs in mind.

I have been with this insurance company for almost 15 years since they first started. I have multiple houses insured with them and multiple cars. And the last 4 years this office has become completely disorganized. Just a basic stuff that should be handled easily such as phone calls and notices about my policy have been handled horribly. I know this agent personally and I think she's a nice person. I'm not sure what's going on at that office but it is not good! I would warn others who are planning to switch to not use this particular office maybe one of the other ones in Savannah but definitely not this one. At this point I plan to find a new insurance company altogether.

This is a great office and Chrissy is incredibly helpful. She has gone above and beyond to help me move my policies from Alabama to Georgia. I highly recommend her! Chrissy, thank you for everything you have done for me!
