Eric Graff - State Farm Insurance Agent

A nightmare, unfortunately. Hopefully my story was an outlier but it was absolute worst case scenario. The short story: After receiving my car insurance temp ID card and binder, and following up with the team multiple times to confirm, it turns out they never put my policy through and I was driving uninsured for months without knowing it. The full story: I moved from CA to AZ, and they let me keep my policy with the Eric Graff office because they have Arizona-licensed agents. Seemed like the easiest thing to do. I spoke with the agent and submitted all my details. I received my temporary insurance ID card and binder. A few weeks goes by and I'm not billed for any new policies. Eric Graff and his team has to be one of the most positive and professional group of insurance professionals that I have come across in some time.
