I've been with this Dough Steiner's office of State Farm for years. If they opened in 2006, it's possible I've been a customer for 20 years. They've been incredibly good to me throughout the years. I've had multiple cars covered and rental insurance at one point. They've always been easy to communicate with, helped give me options to keep my bill low, and have never had any unreasonable spikes in prices or fees. Every person I've spoken to over the phone has always been very friendly, patient, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Today I spoke with JOSH… let me say he’s AMAZING!!! Was patient with me and compassionate to my situation and gave me a lot of info about life insurance and my policy which I ended up getting the life insurance aswell. He paid attention to my needs and gave me all the details so I knew what I was getting and also other possibilities may I cross any bridges that needed to be re-visited.
