Eric Duhigg - COUNTRY Financial Representative

Eric w/Country has been a great resource for all my family's insurance needs. The rates are competitive, but it's the service that really stands out. I get quick answers to any question that I have about our policies, anytime of the day, anytime of the week. And the one time we had a significant claim (car accident) our coverage paid better than I'd even hoped. We've been doing our home, life and auto insurance for 5+ years with Eric. Couldn't be more pleased.

Eric has been wonderful. He doesn't look at just getting your money right now. He likes to take care of you. He is honest and does everything he can to make it a great experience. We have been with him for years because we can't find service like his anywhere. He was honest when we were talking about moving forward (which would have been more money for him) he told us that no you are not ready. He was right and saved us from making a very bad choice. We have since been able to move forward and he has been with us and helping every step of the way. Thank you Eric!

Extremely rude from start to finish, claims that we were being shady once we asked for a quote. Didn’t receive any customer satisfaction and was very unprofessional. I would give him 0 stars if I could. This is the people that are hired? I wouldn’t be surprised if the rest of the employees are the same. Do not do business with them! (Now is claiming that I was doing insurance fraud once I asked him for a quote. Which I never did, simply was looking for a different rate and named all the drivers that were driving the vehicle. He’s also stated that I was hiding the other drivers when they already have there own different insurance policy with a different company. Makes zero sense and is trying to defend his wrong doing.)

Extremely knowledgeable, competitive rates and willingness to go to bat for his clients. Highly recommend!!
