Eric Carl: Allstate Insurance

I have nothing but praise for the agents who work in the Eric Carl office. I have spoken to each one of them (Andy, Nick and Linda) and they are great people. Out of all the times I have spoken to them on the phone there was nothing like actually meeting them in person once, when I went by the office for more personal business. They are all knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to my insurance needs. That is why I have been with Allstate for years now. I have no intentions of leaving. Thank You.

I’ve been with this agency for well over a decade and the rates are competitive (I’ve shopped extensively), while the customer service is second to none. Staff is knowledgeable and very prompt returning calls and turning requests around whether it is for claims, proofs of insurance for new cars, or coverage questions. Nick Fresch in particular is exceptional in his work and professionalism.

I previously had another Allstate agent who was mediocre at best. He retired, and closed his agency, and I was left just flapping in the wind. My file was never transferred to anybody else, so I had to find a new agent on my own. After calling several other Allstate locations, and getting a varying degree of responses, I landed upon Andy Watters at this agency. I left a message, and he called me back immediately, which was a welcome change to the way the other agents were treating my inquiries. It was also an indication of how Andy would handle things in the future. He's been my agent for probably 4-5 years now, and nothing has changed since that first phone call back.
