EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants

I have been working with Epic for the last two years on insurance needs on two properties as an Executor of an estate that I just inherited in a Trust and called to be requoted bundling 3 more items. But today the agent was so beyond rude to me when I explained issues there is no way this brokerage is retaining my business. Customer service is beyond bad you do not have an assigned agent and your calls do not get returned & they lie about it! Go elsewhere as I will be doing ASAP!!

I find it ironic that the representatives from this company are unable to answer their "clients" concerns, and yet, can find time to respond to their bad reviews. It's no secret that Indiana has some of the weakest workers compensation protection laws, therefore, the insurance companies employ people with the weakest level of understanding and compassion.

I was in a car accident in July 2021 (I was not at fault) and this is the company that represents the other party. The claim has still not been closed (SIX months later). I am very frustrated by the communication - I have told the agent things numerous times and it goes ignored or it's asked of me again. It took almost two weeks to get a rental car when the accident first happened. Now I've been told by medical offices that their bills are still pending with this insurance company, but the agent states she has not received them. She has left it on me to figure out where these medical bills are in the process - I keep being told they are pending with insurance and she keeps stating she doesn't have them, but makes no attempt to help solve this issue. Maggie Harris started out fine and then bottomed out by not returning any communications from me for many months. This left me holding a medical bill that she would not cover. The other insurance company stepped up to pay that bill so they could close their claim with JWF.

I feel like i’m fighting stage three breast cancer and JWF Specialty . If i could give a zero i would . Being gaslighted like i have a fake claim or something . Very Sad !
