I just recently needed to adjust my coverage due to traveling to school where I won’t be needing my car. John helped me through the process and he was plesant to talk to. He also showed interest in my school journey and that made me feel at home and like this company cares beyond the policy! It was quick and easy! Thanks so much State Farm!

It is a pleasure working with John. He is very patient and professional. I was in dire need of help today and needed what I think was an inordinate amount of time and intervention with another State Farm office. John provided the help I needed, and did not rush. Each time I have interacted with with John ended in my receiving excellent service.

I have been with State Farm Insurance for more than 40 years. I have lived in 4 different cities and dealt with 4 different agents. Over the years, I have received quotes from other insurance companies, but State Farm has always been competitive and agents were helpful. But working with State Farm lately has changed. It started 6 months ago when a condo policy doubled in price with no claims against it. I then started checking my other State Farm policies vs. competition. Really appreciate working with Joe and all the folks at this agency. I was seeking another company after things got "progressively" worse with my previous insurer. Joe helped readjust some alternative facts being communicated to me by them related to a deer jumping in front of my vehicle. We now have four households with auto and home insurance with this firm. I mentioned to friends that I wanted to explore new insurance for my home and auto. Joe was recommended and I couldn't be happier! He reviewed my current policies and made recommendations for new policies. He was informative and knowledgeable and answered all my questions, some more than once.
