Believe the low ratings. Horrible customer service with very condescending and dismissive employees. No communications about YOUR funding that they are holding or about any pertinent deadlines. They are also not very responsive about any issue you are having so you can send multiple communications and never hear back. They also LIE. I never received the debit card despite multiple outreach so I had to rely on reimbursement through their system which is unnecessarily clunky. I will never pursue this option again. I rather pay taxes than deal with the unprofessionalism of these representatives and their messy process. It is ridiculous the amount of nonsense you have to deal with to get your hard earned money especially during a time of economic strain. No thank you.

Trust the poor ratings for this company!! If my check gets here when they say, it will be 8 weeks after I filed for it!!! That's $5,000 of my money I've already paid into my Flex account being held hostage! I usually wait until November to cash in on my dependent care flex account balance for Christmas money. In the past they have always sent a check within a week to my PO Box. This year, they somehow changed the address in their system and sent it to my physical address which the Post Office does not service so it doesn't arrive. Called after 2 weeks and they said I have to wait 15 business days before they can do anything about it. They confirmed they sent it to the wrong address Waited 2 more weeks and called again. This company makes the process of submitting FSA and Dependent Care claims unnecessarily difficult. Despite these being funds I contributed for eligible expenses, the reimbursement process is overly complicated and frustrating. I cannot recommend using their services.

Extremely poor customer service. Is a provider for my employer. They are very dismissive and are looking for you to not get your money. They are almost impossible to get a hold of and you can expect very little help. I used them for my daughters braces and they put a block on the rest of my balance because they said the IRS wants to make sure it was not for cosmetic reasons. I will need to wait for 72 hours to get it off after I provide a mailed copy of the receipt of payment. They said I did not update my information to my new mailing address and they had mailed me a request. AVOID

Please take the advice of others. If you are a new employee and EBPA or any of its affiliates and you have the option to enroll in services with them, please consider if the benefits outweigh the stress. They take zero accountability for the lack of transparency around policies related to spending, reimbursement, deposits, etc. They are woefully lacking in culpability in any capacity they their practices and policies are the issue. I have called several times with various issues over the years and it's the same 3 women I always speak to. They're purposefully unhelpful and borderline on gaslighting when you ask for legitimate help.
