I can not say enough positive about Sharon! I moved to NH from mass a year ago. She made it super easy to transfer everything and set up my policies. Found all my best options too. Communication was fabulous, always responds and quickly with actual answers. After about 6 months I had to add my daughter and that was a breeze. Then a new car and a few months later an accident! Again... breeze! Sharon and the Costello staff are amazing and you will not go wrong using them for your insurance agent. Was in a rental immediately and claims process completed within a couple of weeks because Sharon stayed connected every step of the way.

After dealing with several carrier I was frustrated that all insurance agency was classifying my business to the wrong coverage, one think Costello insurance did is to do an elemental research of what the company really is made out of and got to offer. Emily Costello is a great agent I would recommend Costello insurance to anyone by far. Thank you
