Paul Ruiz with Emperor Insurance is AWESOME! He was able to get me a lower rate on my homeowner’s policy after my previous insurance agent/company said it was not possible. He was also able to obtain a refund for an over payment of insurance due to the previous agent/company incorrectly telling me I did not qualify for certain policy credits. Paul is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. Highly recommended!
