Based on my first interaction, I would have rated the agency 5 stars, but the second interaction was even better! I contacted her again recently when our policy expired to see if it would make sense to bundle our auto with our home insurance. Even though it had been 6 months, she chatted with me like we had spoken yesterday. Kim was awesome! Surprisingly, the process was extremely simple and fast. Kim asked for some basic info that I sent over and in less than an hour she had rates for car insurance that were significantly better than what I was paying at the time. Shopping for car insurance, especially in 2024, is such a pain and can be stressful but Kim simplified it and lowered my monthly rate for the same coverage! 5 stars🙌
