I Switched insurance agencies for my homeowners and car insurance back in June 2025 for a multitude of reasons. The Cancellation paperwork was sent successfully to the Butterson Agency back in June 2025 from my new Agency and communicated about and agreed Butterson would cancel my policies. I had always trusted the Butterson Agency to get me the best deal for price and coverage, but I found out quickly I was able to get lower cost with the same coverage through a different business. The Butterson agency failed to cancel my two policies and I just noticed in February 2026 that these policies were still active and monthly premiums were deducted for 8+ months on my old autopay. I had to take my own time out of my busy workday to contact my current insurance agency, my old agency The Butte

The owners are attentive and accommodating. Excellent customer service above and beyond! Lori is a phenomenal agent, 👏 the best, it's people like this that make the world a better place to live in. Kudos ladies!
