Ellen is an exceptionally knowledgeable and patient representative, taking the time to point out the pros and cons of each plan from a coverage and cost/benefit point of view. I've done business with Ellen since my retirement five years ago and have always been please with the plans selected and the annual follow-ups she performs necessitating a change in plans as conditions change. I'd give her six stars if I could.
