Insurance is ubiquitous. But what separates Elk Grove from the rest is the amazing customer service. Always a great converation with Terri or Jacklyn. Calls never feel rushed. My options are thoroughly explained and they make sure I have the correct coverage. I'm a very satisfied customer!

After my teen son had passed the road test, we went straight from DMV. First, Julianne was very cheerful and upbeat. Her voice sure erased DMV grumpiness! Terri, the agent has a full of insurance knowledge. I had so many agents in the past but by far she is the best! She also took a lot of time to explain, and was talking to my son. I felt like Terri was his friend's mom!! Now, real test is "when we get in accident." Yet, I have a great faith and trust from meeting her in person. She would guide me step by step calmly and efficiently. My family is now in good hands!!

Terry Haddaway is such a great person. Throughout the whole time I've use their services she has been nothing but help and has helped me with every aspect.
