I never leave bad reviews, but after my experience, I have to. I was referred to Elite Benefits Group in Whiteville (not Monroe, but Whiteville is not on the maps) by not one, not two, but three separate people. I read the reviews at both other locations, went over their entire website, and decided to reach out when I was told I no longer had health insurance on 1/13/2026 (I had Medicaid and was kicked off unbeknownst to me in October of 2025) so as you can imagine, I'm freaking out because I needed to get health insurance before the deadline of 1/15/2025. The marketplace would've cost me over $460 a month on the absolute cheapest plan - which is absolutely not possible with my current financial situation. That's a car payment! I don't know ANYTHING about health care, so I'm trying to und
Had an issue but was called today and that issue has been resolved. Apparently there was a miscommunication but everything is good now. We are very happy and will continue doing business with this company.
