My insurance seems to go up every 6 months instead of going down (their slogan is a lie). I’ve been with them for a while, using the drive wise (when the app wants to work) and I’ve saved less than $15. I’ve had issues with the professionalisms of the workers in the past so I don’t bother calling the office anymore. I definitely plan on shopping around, hopefully I find better soon. No accidents = issuance increases Drive wise = barely any savings (less that $15) Not great customer service

Within a year of having my policy which was the best rate I found my rate went up with no changes as far as accidents or claims. Then within a few more months its almost gone up by 100 dollars for no reason at all. When I finally had enough and decided to cancel they never even bothered to cancel it and I had to contact allstate on my own to do it. Whenever I have a question it takes weeks to get a response and usually my issue isn't resolved. This agent is the worst insurance agent I have ever had and I would never suggest going to this agent.

I’m a current policy holder of Allstate Insurance and when I needed help with policy maintenance I was unable to get in touch with my agent. Even after several phone calls and messages no one returned my calls. After a couple of weeks I reached out to Ed Bernier’s office and my requests were handled same day. I have since used this agent for a new policy and had the same great timely service!!

By far the worst insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of working with! I will never insure with allstate again because of the dissatisfaction I have had with these crooks. They went up $300 on my 6 month policy after the first 6 months!! Mind you. I've never even had so much as a speeding ticket! I have an impeccable driving record. When I asked the reason for them doing so, I got the run around. No answer. So I canceled and went with state farm, which by the way was half the price as these thieves. They're customer service is horrendous. The girls in the office don't seem to know anything. I felt robbed being insured by them. The day I canceled the policy I made sure to go in, in person.
