Awful customer service. I was given an auto quote a couple of days ago after submitting all my information, but when I called today to finalize it, they told me they could no longer honor that quote. I was quickly dismissed without a proper explanation. The woman I spoke to over the phone, Jasmine, claimed to be the manager, but her tone was condescending and arrogant—definitely not what you’d expect from someone in a managerial role.

Michael Stevén Baez was super helpful and saved me a lot of money in my insurance policy. He answered all of the possible questions I had efficiently and quickly. This is a man who is committed to his job and will stop at nothing to make sure his clients needs are met. Kudos to you Michael!
