Statefarm has been awesome!!! As a new client I was involved in a horrible accident that totaled my vehicle. Statefarm resolved the situation and made me whole again within 3 weeks. They never hesitated resolving the situation even though I had been with them for approximately 1 month. My agent Chris also reached out and assisted with the situation as well. Exceptionally 100% client focused, ensuring everything on my end was taken care of. It’s been 5 months since the accident and he’s still following up with me to ensure everything is okay. Also, the best part of this was I had to renew my auto insurance and the policy rate decreased instead of increasing. Statefarm is a fantastic insurance provider!!!
