Amigo Insurance

Not sure why people are so negative about amigo. They have the cheapest rates I've found for liability insurance, compare to progressive and brand name places. Whenever I go, I make sure Selene is there. She is fantastic, and it's like visiting a old friend. We always have the best talks. I appreciate you so much Selene! Get to know your local insurance agent!! She makes it so easy! 😁

Very bad customer service! They call customers bad names when they are angry. A person that worked in there called me a smartass, even though i just answered her question! She than told me that liability for 1 month would cost 360$ 😂 Never had an accident or anything, she just wanted to get rid of me. Overall very bad choice.

I'm so surprised with this insurance company, I've been 17 yrs with the same insurance co. And wasn't completely satisfied Until I decided to look around and found Amigo insurance And without me asking upfront fees and other options. And Boom perfect for my needs and a Great agent, she was understanding And I'm great full for her Thank you, Amigo insurance

Got the insurance from here just to have in order to complete a purchase on a new car that I had purchased and to shop around for insurance. (Full coverage was required for me to get the auto loan). I called and cancelled the very next day 8/16 because I ended up going with State farm full coverage which was only 10 dollars more for full coverage. It is now 11/25 and Amigo insurance still has not refunded me anything. I paid 220 dollars for a deposit. They're still trying to charge me for a month of insurance eventhough my signed cancellation form says 8/16. Customer service puts me on with a different person every time and ends in the phone hanging up every time. When asked to speak to a manager they always say they don't have one. Do not get Amigo Insurance not even to save money, I had them for over 5 years and had 1 car accident, I paid full coverage and at the end they ended not covering a single penny, their excuse was my car was “Rebuilt”… If I would have known they wouldn’t even cover my car because it was a “rebuilt” car I would have gone with a better insurance. Do not waste your time or patience!
