My experience with this workers’ compensation provider was extremely disappointing. Throughout my case, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and basic human consideration during what was already a stressful and difficult time. This workers’ compensation office was an absolute failure in every possible way. From start to finish, there was zero empathy, zero accountability, and a shocking lack of professionalism. I was treated like a number instead of an injured human being. Communication was consistently poor. Calls and messages went unanswered, information was unclear or contradictory, and I often felt left in the dark about important decisions affecting my claim. This is the worst insurance company ever, esp. whenever it concerns Workers Comp. and customer services. Workers' compensation should be handled by people who care, and NOT by companies who just want to make money at other's expenses and/or from other's suffering. 1) You can not get any live person to help or assist you. 2) I have been assigned an adjuster, who Never answered her phone. 3)Don't seem to care about your well-being. 4) Not to mention reimbursement of claim funds. (In this case, the lack of) Got injured at work, and this is the insurance company my employer chose to deal with for Workers Compensation; so I have no choice but to deal with them. I tell you, please pray that your employer Does Not choose them, or you will encounter more pain, more stress, more physical and emotio

I wish I could give a negative stars. Eastern alliance quoted my company for workers comp insurance, They made a typo by putting in our payroll and about 9 months into the policy They came back to us and wanted us to pay twice the amount of what we originally paid for a premium. We said no. The typo was not ours. We provided you with a correct amount of our payroll and I had proof. So they gave us a $400 break on the bill and I still said no, It was not her error and they still wanted us to pay more than what we paid for the original premium. So what did the sobs do canceled our policy before it was even up and left us with no workers comp insurance? Real good way to stand behind your product and your company when it was your mistake to begin with!! I would never recommend them!

Dishonest, archaic, greedy or all of the above. Start employing integrity, human compassion and simple consideration into your business practice. Most recipients of a workers comp payment are relying on those checks to fund daily needs. A few days late by mail can be a huge inconvenience, and telling customers that direct deposit is on the way for the past 5 years is becoming stale. Booooooo, do the right thing or consider a new mantra.

The website needs an overhaul because it is very difficult to make a payment online. I would rather talk to someone at the office instead of leaving a google review about this but they don't answer phones - after hearing they will be with you over and over again it goes to voicemail which is very aggravating.
