In the past, I have had an insurance company to turn to in case of an accident, but I never felt that I had an agent looking out for my interests. Michael Seidel of East Insurance provides customer service 24/7. He is always on the lookout to get me the best rates possible. When I recently bought a new car, he immediately wrote a new policy and faxed it to the dealer. He is always available to answer any questions I have about rates or coverage. I am sticking with East Insurance and recommending it to others because of the amazing customer service.
