I’ve been a customer with this company for over five years since 2017, and unfortunately my experience over the past two years has been extremely disappointing. My homeowners insurance increased dramatically — first to around $4,000 per year, and then this past year to over $8,500 annually. This caused my mortgage payment to increase significantly as well. When I called to ask why the increase was so extreme, I was told that my metal roof had reached the end of its life/warranty. This was the explanation given for the price increase.
