I had progressive for 3 years and trailer insurance. My best friend started working at Eland so I had her give me a quote for my autos and renters just to compare. She ended up quoting through progressive, and with auto and renters bundled, I am now paying less for both of those than I did with just my autos through Progressive online. Anytime I text her a question she is on it immediately. If she doesn’t know she has a co worker find out for me. 5/5 customer service.
Great friendly and hard working staff. I would recommend to anyone even if you just need a quote they are very helpful.
Very good home town insurance agency.
