They were OK to deal with. But the company they have for the underwriter for home warranty sucks. They turned down my clame on my well pressure tank and my water softener. Said it was normal wear. How is the pressure tank loosing it's air and the pump running string up sand because it can't hold pressure normal wear... Don't wast your money on the home warranty. They don't pay off.
They allow an independent make all there coverage decisions before even getting to DMC. They don't recognize state laws and will do whatever to talk insured out of pursuing anything further. They even allow this independent to cuss out public adjusters. They even have went as far as coaching local agents to not work with certain contractors because they keep getting caught in lies. I would think twice before even getting a quote from them. They basically threatened people if they pursue a claim they will be dropped but if they don't collect their depreciation they will keep them. Multiple cases of this from Centerville, Iowa claims from the 3/31/23 storm date.
