Let me start by saying that I don't really write reviews, but I think this agency deserves my time. I have been using Double Eagle agency for over 10 years and, my experience has been nothing but stellar. Danielle and Deanna have been very knowledgeable from the moment we were introduced and seemed to have the customer's best interest in mind, and they still do after 10 years. (hard to find in today's world). What differentiates this agency from others is the fact that they took their time sit with me, gathered the relevant information, customized my insurance coverage to what was applicable and valuable to me, answered any questions I had, and then provided quotes from a few different insurance providers. I have been with Double Eagle Agency for 8 + years and I am supper happy with their service (I wish I went with them earlier). They helped me in the most difficult days. I had a to file a claim with them and they made the process a lot easier. Their costumer service reps were wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have great response time, reasonable rates, and excellent coverage. My experience with them has exceeded my expectations so far!

I searched high and low for a local insurance agency that was able to accommodate all of my family and business insurance needs. Was a client for 8 years then after shopping around found that what I was told and sold was not the coverage I understood I had. Such an important part of being an insurance agent is to represent truths and to earn trust. Read the fine print is all I can say now. Learn to be your own advocate or find an agent who will. Very dissapointed to say the least.
