Donna Comer - State Farm Insurance Agent

Unfortunately, this has been the most frustrating insurance experience that my wife and I have ever had to deal with. Between Donna and her son Ryan they equal half a brain, communication is extremely poor & professionalism is lacking across the board. Donna comes across as dismissive & very difficult to work with. For example when I called her office today to get some clarification on my Wife's insurance I received a "yeah" "well were done now so bye". When mistakes are made getting them corrected takes far longer than it should due to Donna picking and choosing what she likes to do in her office. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, you will be left feeling like you are inconvenience to the staff asking them to do their job. Now Ryan is just lazy when it comes to getting anything d

Firstly, the office is clean and open and very inviting. Meet first with Donna. My previous insurance raised my rates to $753 for 3 cars. So I was on the hunt for a new one. She walked me through the process and then Ryan took over. He sat there going over every room in my house to ensure we got what we needed. Then their quote for the same 3 cars over half off the other place. We signed up and had a great chat with almost everyone in the office. I look forward to working with them.

Aways very Professional. Have been with Donna for 31 years. With house, cars and life Insurance. Always takes time to listen to and presents the best coverage and then makes sure you understand any and all changes and price. A real pleasure doing business with her and staff.

Went in to get a insurance quote on my vehicles and home insurance sat down with Ms Maggie Pimentel she made the process so easy and enjoyable changed insurance company's and very satisfied with the whole transaction. Thank you again Ms Maggie!!!!!

I would like to start off with that this office is the most unprofessional office there is, they do not know how to follow basic instructions and clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. Ryan, Maggie & Heather and completely have screwed up not only my insurance but also my wife’s insurance. When i call to get this resolved no one wants to speak with me to try and get anything fix and they rather have Doug (someone who doesn’t know the difference between left and right) to help and this is absolutely ridiculous. At this point they refuse to return my calls to get my policy fixed and i will be taking this up further.
