The price we were paying was just outrageous so we decided to switch insurance companies. When my husband had went in to sign the form to cancel our policy the woman had asked him why he was switching and he let her know we decided to go through with another insurance company and she snarked at him and said “well I’ll be here when you decide to come back” how rude. They also still took out money from our bank after we had canceled. We will NEVER go back.
