Donavan Thomas: Allstate Insurance

This office is unresponsive. I have called repeatedly to ask for quotes on other types of insurance and no one returns my calls. They are content to collect their commission and not to address the needs of policyholders.

I had a great experience working with this Allstate location. I was looking for condo insurance and Diana was terrific in walking me through the process and discussing the different coverages Allstate offered. Her expertise helped me determine which plan was best for me. I would highly recommend!

Fernando assisted me several times during a recent transaction. Being a former Branch Manager I can instantly recognize superior customer service as well as service that is sub par. I'm glad to say Fernando exceeded my high expectation of what customer relation/ service should be.

Always there when you need them. Super courteous.
