I’ve been with this agency for about a decade now. Toni is my agent for both car and homeowners insurance. She has been a blessing to our family with her knowledge and quick response. She is professional and patient at explaining information on anything you need to know on insurance. I don’t normally write a review, but as hard working as Toni is, she deserves to be recognized. Ask for Toni, best agent ever. Thank you Toni for taking great care of us.

Wow, in my 40 years of obtaining insurance, this was by far the highest quality agency that I ever dealt with. Their knowledge, service and expertise in what I needed far exceeded my expectations. Toni Bowers is an amazing asset and I don't know what I would have done without her. Every aspect of the process was made easy for me to understand and get exactly what I needed!

They (she) didn't call me back either when promised and I even called twice after that, up to 4pm was never sent an email as promised nor any call back. I wonder if Don Sullivan reads his reviews it appears not. Don Sullivan actually contacted me after my review. This is what she said," (not Don) I have been blocked from being able to right a policy" I want everybody who reads these reviews to know this, I drive for BSO Neighborhood crime watch, have a CDL License, A Veteran, No Tickets in 15 years plus, Maintain a safe drivers award on my license and this... , she's lying through her face because I exsposed the truth and she can't handle it. There's no such a thing as being Blocked from aquiring a insurance policy from a flawless driving record.This woman has no place in business
