Terrible service, Penny is terrible to deal with , she is rude and unprofessional, she answers the phone and hangs up ,her tone is off putting, makes you feel like an inconvenience . Don never calls back , never returns emails . Nancy is their only saving grace . Don is retiring and no longer gives a darn about his clients .Thank God I switched agents!

I'm deeply disappointed in what great ins agent Penny and Don were supposed to be. I bought my car 4 years ago with 153,000 miles on it. In those 4 yrs I've only put 17,000 miles on it, 4,250 miles per year. Right there I should get a huge discount. On my policy Don lists that I use my car for work, school or pleasure which is a complete lie. I have been completely retired for the 12-15 yrs. I graduated from a tech school probably 30 yrs ago so why are you Don putting these lies on my policy? To make sure I have a higher policy payment? So difficult for me to figure out. When 2 men boxed me in a scam situation in Sept 2023. Why didn't u come look at my fiber glass front bumper and realize I was set up. I got out of my car looking for damage on his older car.
