Agent was rude. I called to renew my flood insurance which they did not offer me different options only the highest priced option. I asked to speak to manager when transferred I had to end the call. I called back to renew at the highest price. Days later I receive a renewal notice days after it would have expired. The agent says,” you called last time and wanted to speak with my manager” in a childish tone. And she kept repeating herself as children do. She was also giggling as she transferred me over. I asked for my policy to be emailed after making the payment and the manger emailed me back stating of course once it’s ready. A week later and still no policy. I would not recommend this place, it’s unprofessional and untimely with their reminders for renewal.

Silvia is my agent and she goes above and beyond to help me understand my policy and coverage. Customer service is a priority here. They definitely take care of their customers. I love the monthly drawings and raffles they have.

I really like this Allstate Insurance company. They are very helpful and friendly. They take the time to hear any concerns you might have. The employees are so nice and respectful. I also purchased the flood insurance and home insurance from them. I had to file a claim through Allstate because the other insurance ( the man in fault) denied my claim due to no cooperation from the owner of the truck. It took over 2 months for the other insurance company to tell me they were denying my claim. You can imagine how stressful this was to wait for a response from the other insurance company if they were going to accept my claim or deny it.
