So Audra was great but the compliance side was not so much. They (Stacie) from interstate truck license calls from Dixons phone number and tells you your drivers are not covered unless you send them this, that and the other thing. Then calls the drivers to scare them also by saying they are not covered until this and that. Sounds legit because they are calling from Dixon phone. Meanwhile she’s charging you for everything you send her to tuck away in a file that you already have tucked away in a file. So when she sends a bill you’re wondering why she’s charging you for everything you already had. Guess by scaring you into thinking you need to have them file everything for your drivers to be covered is their tactic to make money. Then get mad when you call them out on it. Not the right way t
