I just called to make a payment (it wasn't late, nor has been) and the woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude. I have not ever had a problem when I call to make a payment and maybe she was just having a bad day, BUT, let's keep it professional, please. Each customer is important.
Best experience ever! Yesenia was my egent, very nice, sweet and the most helpful person I've ever met.
Just dont like it. People u should start getting insurance directly from insurance brand.
Never got through to anyone tried to get a quote they put me on hold for 8 minutes then I hung up
Love fazoli's. Cant wait to go back soon. Food and service great!
