Diversified National Title

In my experience they seemed to hide a lot of information from people. Our whole deal felt shady and we still are dealing with information that was incorrect at the time of closing, 15 months later. I would recommend going elsewhere if you can. Had a lawyer look over paperwork and he confirmed they aren't exactly truthful to people, however they are good at rewording paper work and the fine print to cover their butts when they are taking advantage of folks.

Beautiful building, the employees are all kind and punctual! The bathrooms were very clean and they even had a sofa in them! We used this title company when we bought our house to close and would recommend to everyone

If you can choose elsewhere, please do. The staff caused a major oversight on our paperwork, causing a one hour meeting, to turn into two hours and twenty minutes. I've heard this isn't uncommon from many friends in real estate.
