Agent Hallie Went Above and Beyond to help me with my insurance. I had an issue that required her to be patient with me and she allowed me to explain and to call her 1000 times, and she never got frustrated, she was professional, respectful, and very Kind. As a single mother of a child with special needs, I really appreciate the patient and Hallie helping me get the right policy.
