Direct Auto Insurance

Came to take care of some document issues that were time sensitive. They had a person in training while 2 staff members were out marketing. I was told to wait for them to return in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the licensed staff didn't return. The person in training called and the staff told me to wait for an additional 30 minutes or come back the next day. This was said after explaining my situation. What happened to putting the customer 1st? DEI staff are not needed. Staff that put customers 1st are needed the most. The customer service staff does a better job than the staff at a walk-in location. Never leave a person in training alone when customers that need assistance.

One of the assistants called me hung up after saying this is direct auto did not have a convo was an absolute jerk. Do not recommend not friendly what so ever. Do better.

OMG- Just spoke to Ms. Lynda Jones and when I say she was TOP NOTCH in customer service, that would be an understatement! She went above and beyond to assist me and helping me with not having my policy cancelled. I honestly have not experienced this level of CARE in a long time and appreciate her patience and time!! I can't review Direct Auto as I've only been insured with them less than 30 days, but they have a real GEM in Lynda Jones!

Their prices are okay but I’m leaving 2 stars simply because of their customer service. I purchased my policy through the Cartersville location. When you try to call that location with the phone number provided you get a robot that sends you to anyone.. anywhere. Every single time it is someone new with the nastiest attitude and smartest mouth. They won’t even let you speak without interrupting you. They treat you as if they’re doing you a favor and you’re not a PAYING customer. They should keep in mind that without customers they don’t have a job! Cartersville should really fix the issue with the phone. When I call a specific location I expect to speak to someone at that location and not the nasty women and men working from home that are upset bc they actually have to do their job and ass

Mrs. Lynda Jones is one of the sweetest people I have ever came in contact with!! She is soo amazing at her job and bends over backwards to give you the best service! Truly professional and a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work because you definitely made my day!!! GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE!!!!
