I had the pleasure of speaking with Paris today and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve experienced. I called close to office closing time and Paris assisted with absolutely o rush or problem at all. She was extremely thorough in providing account specific information and in explaining additional services offered. Paris made the sometime difficult process of shopping for insurance a pleasurable experience. I am grateful for the service Paris provided and know that she is an incredible asset to the Cervantes agency.

I've been with State Farm for over 30 years, insuring both homes & autos. With that said, I have dealt with multiple locations in 3 different cities, and Ms. Paris Soto at the Diego Cervantes office has been by far, the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendliest representative I have encountered. I hope Mr. Cervantes knows how lucky he is to have her on his team.
