I had a very disappointing experience with Dexter Simon. He proved to be an unreliable agent and consistently failed to follow up with the information I requested. Despite speaking with him multiple times, my policy issue remained unresolved for nearly a year. Based on this experience, I definitely cannot recommend him as an agent.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I’ve been trying to get information about my policy increases for over a month, calling and emailing with no response. My agent, Dexter Simon, has not replied to any inquiries since binding my policies in January and is now on vacation until March 17. I also left a voicemail for his manager, Brittany Adams, weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. Very frustrating experience. I was finally able to reach one of their AAA representatives today, Jonathan, and thankfully he was able to cancel my policies.

Great experience working with Chasity. She helped me bundle my car and home insurance saving lots of money. Definitely recommend requesting her if you need assistance.
