She is extremely knowledgeable about all the insurance options available and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I have worked with her for several years, and she has helped both with my father’s policies and my own. I highly recommend this State Farm office, and have had a really great experience working with James Willand specifically. As I navigated moving states and needing to change all of my insurance, James was knowledgeable and thorough in helping me get everything updated and done well. He also helped me get pet insurance set up when I adopted my cat, to ensure I wouldn’t face astronomical vet bills should something happen. Anytime I’ve had questions about my insurance, James has responded promptly and helped me get them resolved. He’s always been patient and attentive with my concerns and ensures I get the right coverage.
