SO APPRECIATED everything Breitenfeldt Group has done for us! We had so many questions about Medicare and we were out of the area, and they knew how to help. The ZOOM meet went perfect.

Poor customer service. Receptionist rude. Scheduled phone consult they called 2 minutes before scheduled time went to my voice mail tried calling them back & receptionist totally rude. No one ever attempted to call me back even though we had a meeting. I kept trying to contact to see if I now needed to reschedule & they just put me to voicemail. I have never been treated so poorly. If this is how you treat clients or if this is a reflection on your staff it’s just poor communication. I expect a response from customer service to reach out to me with why Sarah never got back to me, I would not give this agency even a 2 star review

Breitenfelt group is wonderful to work with. When signing up for Medicare they had everything setup to view, explained the difference between the choices and made it easy signing up. When calling for an appointment on a Friday I talked to an actual person that was friendly and knowledgeable and got me set up quickly. I appreciate their caring, respectful and knowledgeable staff.

They made this process of signing up for Medicare advantage plan so easy and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything I asked. Thanks again. I would highly recommend this group
