Diane Zaryki: Allstate Insurance

At first, Diane helped me in the pickle I was in, which I appreciated. When it came time to renew my policy, I sent 2 emails and called once with leaving a message. I know people get busy, but I never heard from her. So I went and got another insurance policy through their competitor. When I called to say not to renew my policy, Diane acted like she didn't know who I was. I know she's not gonna know everyone, but I gave the dates of the policy and the policy number also my first and last name.. Would not recommend this agency to no one. If I could, I would give -2 stars, but they won't. Don't use After talking with Diane to cancel the policy, she has tried to charge my card to renew the policy and sent 2 bills saying I owe money. I tried calling again, and she hung up, so I reported this

From day one of me switching my insurance from out of state through Allstate to Diane with Allsate, I have had nothing but problems. For the last 2 years Ive had issues getting ahold of her. When I was closing on my house, multiple calls and emails were sent to her, From myself, my mortgage broker and even my realtor. Sometimes back to back with no answer. This almost prevented me from closing. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Diane Zaryki is an excellent insurance agent - knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.

Saddened to write this review, because Diane had started out as a great agent. After a year of coverage with Allstate, she failed on multiple levels to provide any level of service. After being told that the terms of my current NC Wind/Hail policy had changed and that she would recommend looking into others, I never received any follow-up of what other options were after reaching back out to her. Being fed up with not being provided any useful help, I decided to cancel and go with another agent. Multiple requests were made to receive refunds. She did a great job of ignoring these entirely. She will start out great, and burn out quick. Do not recommend.

I've tried to change out of this agency for over a year and no matter what I do or who I call I am continually routed to this agency. I've moved out of the area and still cannot escape! Allstate is great but this office could care a less about you as a client. Specifically, Diane started off pretending to care but over time ignored me any time I needed assistance. She promised gifts to make up for her mistakes and then never even delivered the "sorry" giftcards. It's unfortunate that she seemingly abandons her clients when they need her most.
