This is by far the best place to get your insurance coverage, I have been with Statefarm for 20 plus years. I dealt with a agent who didn’t care to return calls so I left, my coverage was not the same and my bill was higher so I came back to State Farm but requested a different agent, everything has been amazing since being with Derek’s office. These people love their job and they are really good at it! I can honestly say that every time I call they take the time to explain everything to me regardless of it being 5 minutes till closing.

This office is fantastic! I'm moving from out of state and was lucky to randomly speak with the most helpful, welcoming person ever while setting up my home policy. Rebecca went through all my coverages with me and explained everything in detail. She even went out of her way to find answers to all my needy questions. Rebecca definitely knows her stuff and provided exceptional customer service. If you need anything, she's your first call. Also State Farm was significantly better priced than the competitors.

Ivonne Espinoza was great to work with! We spent a few hours going over everything and she never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She’s super knowledgeable and has amazing customer service. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her!

The ladies at Derrick Spencer’s firm are excellent in customer service, especially Blanca. They are responsive, they call when something is needed; they don’t slack. I’m glad I chose this Black man owned business to support. It’s my first month and so far so good. My rate is good compared to other places I got quotes from.
