So unprofessional 👎🏻 I called to get a quote on car insurance on a Tuesday, Deisy got all my information and said she would call back in about 15 minutes with quote estimates- didn't call back. I called them again on Wednesday, said they could call back since they had to bring up my information- again no call back. Called them again on Thursday and again saying they would call back, which they did, said I'd have to get insurance thru a 3rd party but would double check and give me a call back- she never did! If this is the customer service they give just for simple questions about quote estimates, then I don't want to imagine when it comes to serious things. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, no professionalism what so ever and the fact it takes this long just to "check" how much a q

Annette was my agent and helped me start a new auto insurance policy. Unfortunately, an error was made when completing my paperwork which has ruined my entire life - costing me my credit rating, impacting my small business to the point of closure, and costing me my home. Several months after starting my policy, my car was repossessed despite the fact that I'd made all monthly payments. This was because they believed I didn't have insurance on my car, put forced placed insurance on my loan, and charged me over several months. This rendered me unable to work freely for weeks and cost me over half my month's income. I have text conversations with Annette and an email showing where I sent her the declarations page from my old insurance policy which she used to build my new insurance policy.

Got a new car two months ago and got my insurance here! It was Elisa who gave me my quote and issued me my full coverage. Thank you so much :3 !!!!
