I spent over 20 years with Allstate in Pennsylvania. I switched to State Farm better coverage saved a lot more money had them in Florida so I’m well accustomed to good service and let me assure you Dennis‘s ladies employees crystal the manager, Grace Liz just to name a few very eager to help return phone calls highly recommend using the State Farm agent. I’ve spoken with Dennis many times he’s a good old boy/man lol

I had the pleasure of speaking with Julie Meeker this afternoon when I inquired about getting a Personal Liability Policy Umbrella from State Farm in Canon City, Colorado. I say pleasure, because it truly was a wonderful experience. She identified herself right away as “Jules," which set the tone for our friendly conversation. I was treated as a valued customer, not because she used those words, but because she used those actions. Jules showed competence and confidence in answering my questions and providing accurate and complete information. I ordered the coverage right away and went about my day. When I call companies, some people are polite, but not helpful. Others are friendly, but don't give me confidence that they know what they're talking about. Still others seem to take forever
