When I first moved to Greenwood, I had State Farm. Their prices kept rising when my amount of driving kept going down. I checked Allstate and got a better price. I have found the team efficient, congenial and always returns my calls or email.

Our agent filed our claim within 30 min. of my call. She actually had groceries in her car! She answered all our questions and even offered to help us move personal belongings out! She checked in on us everyday several times. I've never had an agent like ours! She is AMAZING!! ❤❤❤

Denise is great! I have been a customer for many years now and I appreciate how helpful she has always been. Recently she took the time and patience to help my teenage son. I knew he was in good hands.

Denise is wonderful! The staff has a family relationship yet they are very professional. I have been insured by them for many years and if it weren't for this specific office, I can say I would have left long ago.

All state rates are just to high and if you want to add another vehicle its even worse and not affordable for most customers rates are just to high Allstate you need to look out for your loyal customers like state farm and others did for they customers during this hard time a lot of people is struggling after the Hurricane but no discount nothing from Allstate
