Hi Jessica, Sorry your upset, but you're anger is misplaced as is your review, as you were never my client, you switched as I transitioned here in October. As the team here explained repeatedly, in NC, when you cancel a policy after it renews, you are charged a "short rate" for the time and coverage that was in place. I apologize that 3 different members of my staff were unable to help you understand how this works. I have had issues with Allstate in the past but Hector has been nothing but amazing during this go around. He ensures I am satisfied and answers any questions I may have! Thank you for being extremely patient and always delivering amazing customer service!

This office has really gone down hill since Michael Randolph retired. The employees Hector and Kirea are not suitable for the position in which they are employed. These two individuals were unable to resolve simple insurance based questions. I regretfully call corporates number to resolve the situation. After nearly 20 years as a customer of Allstate, I will no longer use them for any of my insurance needs.

I am so grateful to Hector for reaching out to me from David DeLuco’s office and running all my numbers to save me at least $100/month! If I ever need anything insurance related they are my go to’s! I can simply text or email & I always get a response!!! Highly recommend for all your insurance needs!!!

The staff is knowledgeable & personable. Excellent customer service and work ethic. I have visited the office previously and witnessed a great team working cohesively to provide all the answers to my insurance questions!
